Job description:
As an internal sales/support employee, you are the linchpin within our sales department. You are responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales process. Your duties include, among others:
- Assisting customers with questions, orders, and quotation requests.
- Ensuring the smooth handling of customer requests and complaints.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotations and contracts.
- Managing customer data and maintaining sales records.
- Coordinating communication between different departments.
- Supporting customers externally/internally with the commissioning of purchased goods (controllers, thyristor units, drives, …..).
Job requirements:
- At least a professional bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not a requirement.
