E+PLC400 est un automate modulaire conçu pour répondre aux exigences réglementaires strictes des industries thermiques et autres industries manufacturières avancées.

L’E+PLC400 utilise CODESYS, une plateforme ouverte, leader sur le marché, afin de fournir un environnement de programmation familier et facile d’utilisation grâce aux différents langages de l’IEC 61 131-3.

Fonctions de contrôle PID uniques conçues par EurothermTM sont intégrés, permettant une mise en service plus rapide et un contrôle plus strict de l'ensemble du processus, ainsi que facilitant la conformité aux exigences réglementaires et du client final, notamment :

  • 6 recettes PID pour aider à maintenir un contrôle strict à des points de consigne spécifiques
  • Réglage automatique intelligent pour un contrôle et une mise en service optimaux
  • Fonction de réduction spécialisée pour le contrôle des dépassements

La gestion des données intégrée dans E+PLC aide les fabricants à répondre aux exigences strictes en matière de données de processus réglementaires, notamment :

  • Format de fichier UHH inviolable Eurotherm (une alternative supérieure aux fichiers CSV modifiables que l'on trouve couramment dans les automates)

La communication Ethernet offre une connectivité aux technologies IIoT (Internet industriel des objets) et Industrie 4.0.

Pour contribuer à l'efficacité opérationnelle, E+PLC400 dispose d'un serveur Web intégré pour la visualisation à distance sur les appareils mobiles.
