The versadac™ schaalbare recorder biedt een veelzijdige oplossing voor gegevensregistratie voor één tot meerdere meetpunten. Uitgebreide beveiliging en gegevensintegriteit maken het ideaal voor gebruik in industrieën waar een strenge regelgeving van toepassing is. (Nadcap AMS2750, FDA 21 CFR Part 11……)

Veilige gegevens voor gereguleerde industrie-sectoren

Uitgebreide beveiliging en gegevensintegriteit maken de versadac ideaal voor gebruik in gereguleerde industrieën, zoals farmaceutica of warmtebehandeling, of voor elke toepassing waarbij verlies van gegevens tijdens een productieproces zou leiden tot verlies van product en dus inkomsten .

Gegevens worden geregistreerd in sabotagebestendige binaire bestanden met “checksum” (bekend als UHH) en opgeslagen in het ingebouwde flashgeheugen.

Flexibele archiveringsstrategieën zorgen ervoor dat gegevens op de lange termijn veilig worden bewaard, zodat ze indien nodig later kunnen worden opgevraagd en geanalyseerd.

De veelzijdigheid van dit apparaat komt voort uit een flexibele reeks basisafmetingen en selectie van invoer- en uitvoermodules die het beste passen bij specifieke toepassingsbehoeften.

Er is een breed scala aan softwarefuncties beschikbaar, waaronder batchcontrole, wiskundige functies, totalisatoren, communicatiekanalen en audit-trail.

Elektronische handtekeningen en wachtwoordbeheerfuncties die voldoen aan de eisen van FDA 21 CFR Part 11 zijn ook beschikbaar.

Upgrade van zowel software als hardware kan eenvoudig ter plaatse worden uitgevoerd, zodat de versadac-recorder kan meegroeien met uw procesbehoeften.

De versadac-recorder is eenvoudig te integreren in bredere systemen met Modbus Master- of Slave-communicatie-opties. De modulaire apparatuur kan ook in de beste positie over de fabriek worden verdeeld om installatie- en bekabelingskosten te verminderen.

Het instellen van de recorder gebeurt via de gebruiksvriendelijke iTools pc-software.

Configuraties kunnen worden opgeslagen en hergebruikt en er zijn vooraf geconfigureerde modules beschikbaar om engineeringkosten te verlagen. Eenmaal geïnstalleerd, kunnen de recorders vanaf elke plek op het netwerk veilig worden bekeken en beheerd, waardoor de operationele efficiëntie wordt verbeterd.

Gearchiveerde gegevens kunnen automatisch worden opgeslagen op aangewezen FTP-servers.
